Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is motivated and ready to make a positive change in their career, whether it’s finding a new job or career or finding ways to re-energize their current career. Being motivated is the primary driver needed to make any type of change!

How do you measure success with a client?

I work with the client on what success means to them and seek their input on how they measure success for themselves.

What is your coaching superpower?

Quite simply, I am an active listener and am able to show my clients the positive side of any situation they’re facing.
