Charlie’s journey starts and continues in the spirit of high-performance. As a former professional athlete, now a communication consultant, his role evolved into leadership development. In addition to heading up a 1:1 coaching, he’s also facilitated upwards of 600 + management training primarily in the communication space for founders, start-ups, and growing companies like Coinbase and Stripe in addition to fortune 100 and enterprise companies that include Salesforce, Airbnb, Google, and SAP. With an emphasis on influence and presence, his approach has always been rooted in leading by example through servant leadership and practical coaching.

Before the jump into tech, Charlie was drafted in the 10th round of the MLB Draft by the Colorado Rockies. After years in this highly competitive environment thought to have one singular identity, he also works in career and role transition. He partners with individuals that have a background in sport, military, or leaders going through an overall industry change. His mission is to elevate stories of transferable skills, frameworks, and moments of resilience. This includes searching for new opportunities, navigating internal shifts and responsibilities, or redefining existing skill sets from a past life. Once identified, he works to create habits to maintain leadership performance, no matter what industry you find yourself in.
