As the former CEO of the multinational company QNET, I led 1,000 employees from $89M to $431M over five years.

Originally from Israel, I lived in Asia for 19 years in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia, leading multinational teams that achieved an average of 39% YoY growth in 34 countries.

Over the span of my career, I have worked in start-ups and large organizations and help multiple roles including CEO, CFO, COO, and VP of Operations. Having this multi-disciplinary experience gives me a unique perspective on what it takes to be successful in today's complex business environment. As a leadership coach, I help improve senior leaders' internal operating systems so they can deliver superior performance in a volatile, unpredictable, complex, and ambiguous environment (VUCA).

Through my coaching, leaders transform the hard-wired default behaviors that get in the way of effective leadership. They adapt new lenses that enable them to see unsolved problems as polarities to manage, see patterns and shades of gray, hold opposite perspectives, become more expansive and inclusive, and develop the capacity to see beyond their blind spots.


Notable Client Achievements

  • The leadership team of five executives almost doubled their collective Leadership Effectiveness from the 43rd percentile in August 2019 to the 81st percentile in January 2021. That’s 88% growth!

  • Over the 18 months of individual and team coaching, the team increased the company’s growth profit margin from 68% to 82% and reserved cash through a few strategic business and organizational changes, such as a new sales compensation plan.

Describe your coaching style.

My coaching style is developmental in nature. I help my clients uncover their underlying thinking, hard-wired mindsets, limiting beliefs, and strongly-held assumptions. Together, they explore new perspectives and take action to level up their leadership. My coaching sessions start fast, go deep, and end strong. In the process, we explore a greater organizational impact, and for that, I usually ask for organizational context - 360 assessment, stakeholder interviews, or manager alignment conversation.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal clients are those who are fully committed to showing up to our coaching sessions consistently, vulnerably, and courageously. They are not afraid of experimenting with new ways of being and doing, and they want to see change.

How do you measure success with a client?

During our coaching, we periodically retake assessments and conduct stakeholder interviews to determine if noticeable progress is being made.
