Iris has worked with hundreds of leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs to level up in their careers, in organizations ranging from start-up to Fortune 500, and everything in between.

She’s helped many people who were lost and burnt out get clear on what work will bring them energy, and transition into roles where they can thrive. She’s also helped hundreds of managers navigate tough dynamics and show up as the leader that their team needs, and has helped many new managers build their capabilities and confidence in their role.

Over the years she’s found there are many ways we limit ourselves, but that it is also very possible to shift our perspective to see all of the possibilities, and have the clarity to make the right choice.

Describe your coaching style.

Warmth and empathy are core to my communication style. I strive to balance providing validation, and supportively challenging my clients as appropriate, and will help you identify patterns that allow problems to be solved at their root.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client wants to be the best version of themselves, and is willing to challenge their thinking and try new ways of being to achieve this. Joy, humor, and personal responsibility are important to me, and I love working with clients who share my values of inclusion and service.

How do you measure success with a client?

Measurable goals are the foundation of my client relationships, whether that’s helping a client resolve team issues or transition into their dream role. One of my favorite questions is, “if you could snap your fingers and change one thing about your life by the end of our relationship, what would that be?” From there, we break your vision down into sustainable steps. I measure success by my client’s ability to learn, pivot, and persist through the challenges as they take strides towards creating the life they desire.

What is your coaching superpower?

Helping clients turn confusion and overwhelm into a simple and clear understanding of their situations, options, priorities, and path forward. Careers of today are high in complexity and pressure, and my superpower is to simplify and lighten the load, so my clients can more fully enjoy the career and lives they’ve worked so hard to create.
