Describe your coaching style.

Authentic communication and shared learning feed our powerful coaching relationship. I coach leaders by helping them move from planning, to action, to outcomes by identifying and executing on small, incremental changes that add up to significant impact. Together we focus on answering: What might be the most elegant steps to take us closer to the vision for our future?

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is someone who is willing to put in the work. I think of clients as ready participants in their own life. They don’t have to know any of the answers, but they have to be prepared to ask the questions and dive into their curiosity.

How do you measure success with a client?

When it comes to the success of our relationship, I think in terms of outcomes. As clients learn more about themselves, and take action in their lives we ask better questions and reach better outcomes. If they can find and get more of what they love out of life, then I would consider our relationship is a success.

What is your coaching superpower?

The intuition of asking the perfect question at the perfect time.
