As a coach, I am passionate about making people better. My vision is to polish you to be the best you can be. I use trusted, vetted, proven professional techniques to leverage your strengths and talents as a cornerstone from which to build. I assist the client in creating a vision while building trust in their organization, then enabling resiliency in themselves. My professional experience crosses two decades of working with the most talented individuals as a leader in the world’s only Special Operation Aviation Regiment. I participated in the monthly selection process acquiring the right talent to support our organization's needs. My coaching portfolio includes leaders at multiple levels of operations, human resources, and logistics across both public and private industries, enabling success in their high-performing teams.

My coaching style is holistic, I want to enable clients to succeed in all aspects of their lives. My role is to hear, process, and encourage while learning where my client comes from. If I have to choose, it is acceptance and commitment coaching. (ACC).
