Marlene has successfully advised individuals at all levels of experience for over 25 years, some interested in lateral moves and others looking to enter the job market or transition to a new industry. She has worked directly with senior hiring executives across a variety of industries and understands the paths that lead to successful careers in global and domestic organizations.

Marlene has conducted thousands of interviews and believes that the critical element of a job search or a career transition involves setting clear goals. Her coaching process is specific to every individual and may involve a resume, cover letter, linked-in profile, and social media review; identifying targets for a lateral move or transition; effective networking tools, interviewing skills, and compensation negotiation techniques.

Having made a career transition herself, Marlene understands the demands of many different roles. She will encourage clients to focus on a successful work/life balance and will help them achieve that!
