Bio

I coach individuals who understand what it feels like to have been sidelined by setbacks or failures and are ready to create their next amazing project, business, or life experience. Once upon a time, I was stuck in a cycle of fear, convinced my failures would define the rest of my professional and personal life. Four years of trial and error taught me the steps of failure recovery that allowed me to regain a purpose-filled vision for my life and the drive and excitement to claim the next amazing chapter of life. Today, the high-achieving CEOs, business owners, and entrepreneurs who I work with are ready to move into their next level of accomplishment, both personally and professionally, and seek a powerful coaching experience to help craft their next amazing life chapter.

Notable Client Achievements

  • Provided transition coaching for a 72-year-old artist who wished to create an art training center for children. Over 3 years, she went from concept to a fully realized teaching center with full classes and a waiting list of parents interested in enrolling their children.

FAQ

Describe your coaching style.

My coaching style is friendly but not familiar, challenging but caring, gentle but demanding.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal clients are high-achieving business executives used to deep research and decision-making and are generally action-oriented. I find working with motivated individuals makes for powerful results and dynamic outcomes.

How do you measure success with a client?

I measure success based on the outcomes the client is looking for. It is a question I return to often in a session/relationship, "what will be your measure of success for this session or project." Anything else would be useless to a client as it would be about my expectations rather than my client's.

What is your coaching superpower?

Silence is my coaching superpower. I embrace its power to drive a client deep into self-realization and empowering change.
