Application Review
We screen applications to evaluate credentials, skills, and professionalism.
Experience Evaluation
Coaches must have both significant coaching and operational experience.
In-depth Interview
Each applicant meets for a 1:1 interview with a member of our executive leadership team.
On-going Monitoring
We monitor ratings & reviews to ensure all coaches are exceeding expectations.
Background Check
Before inviting a coach onto our platform, we perform an extensive background check.
Reference Gathering
We ask each coach to provide at least three references from previous clients
