I listen and provide feedback and tools to move forward and achieve goals. Very hands-on and positive “can do” approach.
I have worked with Managers in investment banks and asset management firms at all levels and supported them through promotions, onboarding challenges, and downsizing responsibilities. I have also worked with Managers in RE firms, Healthcare organizations, and several non-profits.
Measuring one’s own performance within set expectations is critical. Time management/commitment to results/communicating successes.
I’ve worked with new managers at all levels to determine how they can be most effective. As a recruiter I have followed up with my candidates once they start in their new roles and I work with them to be strong managers.
