Spencer is a creative and thoughtful executive who has led high-performing teams in all stages of tech. He most recently worked as Head of People at Ramp - a 1500-person, series D startup -- overseeing talent development, executive coaching, HRBPs, employee experience, total rewards, and people operations.
Previously, he served as co-founder and CEO of his own teambuilding startup; led large expansion, strategy, and operations teams to help scale Uber from 250 to 15,000 employees; and worked in equity capital markets at Morgan Stanley. He received his BA from Georgetown, his MBA from Harvard Business School, and his coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation and Co-Active Training Institute.
