Steve Erickson is an executive coach and leadership development consultant. As a coach, he has a passion for developing exceptional leaders who are committed to being a better version of themselves. Steve has successfully assisted clients make sustainable progress leading to greater effectiveness in the areas they have targeted. Steve has held key positions in New York Life, UBS, Development Dimensions International (DDI), and Western Digital. He has been fortunate to have lived and worked abroad for 15 years in Singapore, China, and Japan. Those experiences have helped him connect with and engage people across a spectrum of backgrounds and cultures. Much of his work focuses on working cross-culturally and with diverse leaders and teams.
Drawing from a wellspring of experiences managing teams, dealing with organizational and cross-cultural dynamics, and assisting adults learn, he helps his clients develop a deeper understanding of self that propels them to purposeful action addressing their business and people challenges. He is excited about working as an executive coach so that he can continue connecting people to their values and priorities while seeking to realize their potential. His strengths include the ability to understand the client within their context, cultivating insights, and turning ideas into action and results. Steve utilizes tools such as CliftonStrengths, Hogan assessments, MBTI, and 360 feedback to assist clients in gaining deeper personal insights.
