My name is Aaron Trahan and over the past decade I’ve helped professionals, leaders, and executives achieve their next level goals. The vast majority of that time was spent in senior-level executive leadership positions inside both public-company corporate & startup environments, leading strategy, GTM execution, operations, and most importantly for me in terms of purpose & fulfillment… developing people & high-performance teams. I believe that every professional has an aspiration to generate better results & performance. We all have opportunities to improve, just like an operating system, there’s an upgrade always available to get us closer to being the best version of ourselves. My passion for understanding performance & success led me to launching a professional coaching firm, Performance Mindset Coaching.

I became a professionally certified performance & success coach to be able to have a more direct impact for high-performance individuals & organizations looking to reach new levels of achievement. I'm leveraging my extensive executive leadership background, professional coaching training, and my deep passion for growth development to uniquely help people and organizations make the leap from good-to-great.
