She brings over 20 years of experience in leadership coaching, leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, assessments, and selection. Her coaching approach is designed to increase self-awareness, enhance executive presence, remove blockers, build confidence, and create strategies that will allow leaders to optimize their leadership style. She believes in taking a look at the entire self to understand what shifts need to happen to make real change.
As a former CEO and C-suite executive, she brings firsthand insight into the challenges leaders face today. Her expertise in leadership development spans global organizations, including internal coaching for Amazon executives, where she has coached leaders for success. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Psychology from Georgia Southern University. She was trained as an executive coach by the Hudson Institute of Coaching and is ICF-certified.
