Describe your coaching style.

My coaching style is highly pragmatic and collaborative. I leverage active inquiry to allow my clients to problem-solve and move forward.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is one with a growth mindset and a bias for action. I like to coach leaders and teams from small to mid-sized companies with a growth mindset but are challenged with what’s next. While their path forward may be unclear, a sense of urgency to act exists. Usually, these clients are experiencing one or more external market disruptors or internal challenges inhibiting professional and organizational growth. They are looking for answers. In the simplest sense, the value I provide is helping these clients move forward.

How do you measure success with a client?

I ask for feedback to ensure they meet the objectives they have set for the engagement.

What is your coaching superpower?

Active listening coupled with a practitioner mindset. (Practitioner as a commercial or team leader, not as a coach)
