Here, she was at the forefront of driving revenue and meticulously crafting the delivery model for consulting, training, and executive coaching verticals. They are champions in curating talent retention schemes, architecting Inclusive Leadership frameworks, and bolstering the office of the CFO & CHRO roles through transformational consulting. A significant highlight of her career is her executive experience at CARDONE Industries, a 3rd-generation private family enterprise and re-manufacturer of automotive parts, with $1.2B in revenue and 5000 employees. Having built an impactful career at Johnson & Johnson in IT, Digital Marketing/E-Commerce, and Business Development, Christin was called back to CARDONE by its independent board members to lead through the transition from the previous generation. Her mission was challenging yet clear: to steer the legacy business through a substantial transformation and position it for acquisition by a leading global private equity firm. She led the company’s successful sale through the PE acquisition process in May 2019.
Beyond her work resume, Christin’s board experience currently spans two for-profit private boards, one in the process of uplisting to the NASDAQ, and chairs the compensation committees. In the non-profit space, she is currently the chair of AXIS.org, and serves on the Global Impact and Capital for Good boards as treasurer. With her extensive background in multi-generational family business governance with CARDONE, M&A integration, restructuring, and the PE sale process, Christin remains a formidable asset on any board or leadership team and spends most of her professional time advising and coaching executives. Christin is a health & wellness enthusiast and enjoys working out, snow skiing, travel, and golf. She serves in her local church in suburban Philadelphia with her husband and 3 sons.
