Having worked for nonprofits and for-profits, most recently in healthcare, Jennifer is also a training and development expert. Her experience includes adept facilitation, curriculum development, and ERP software training. She has led multi-year technical team project management Jennifer’s professional experience includes fundraising. She led fund development and multi-year campaigns for a non-profit organization for thirteen years. Technically, she is deeply familiar with fund development software programs and donor relationship management. She effectively led campaigns both nationally and internationally.

I always coach from authenticity and will share my life with you as we develop and grow together. I specialize in gaining great self-awareness as we co-create goals and paths you want to work towards. It's always fun, an objective person to share with and always holding you accountable for the things you want to grow in. My job is to hold space for you to process your next steps and provide guidance as we move forward to the future your want.

Who is your ideal client and why?

I love working with middle management, helping them manage their teams better in soft skills and communication to be better managers. I love clients who don't even know what they want, so we discover together what they want/ but get to the root of what they truly need. I love these clients because there is so much room to grow, and small micro decisions they make can impact their life for the long term.

How do you measure success with a client?

Success is when they start to understand themselves better than when they first came in, when they can verbally reflect back to me on why they do what they do and have the answers to move forward on their own, listening to their gut.

What is your coaching superpower?

My coaching super power is my authentic disarming personality. Almost every client i've engaged with, has immediately felt like they could talk to me about anything... which allows our coaching relationship to go to where it needs to go quickly. Trust builds quickly in my coaching relationships.
