After twenty years in the technology field, I made a major career transition while staying with the company I love and admire. I had the opportunity to join our Human Resources team as Vice President, Talent Acquisition where I manage a large, highly creative, efficient & skilled team of recruiters and collectively, we source and place top talent into dynamic full-time roles here at L'Oréal. Beyond identifying that diamond in the rough, this role is at its core about strategically partnering with heads of functions, c-suite, presidents & general managers to help them understand the talent landscape, their current needs, gaps and most importantly, to be on the right side of emerging skills and capabilities. I’m often the one called upon to help create the newest functions, whether that was designing digital & eCommerce teams in the mid-2010s, data science, tech acceleration and the beauty incubator in the late 2010s or the consumer data, data driven experience and AI teams in these early 2020s. It’s a never-ending quest to find the future!
Prior to this, I had been an IT executive with escalating experience doing everything from large scale SAP implementations, running sales, marketing & data platforms, managing projects, products, relationships, vendors and business partners. Throughout all of that, leveraging my core strength of people management and development. I've got experience in beauty & luxury, retail, health care, manufacturing, marketing, management consulting, consumer, financial, insurance and not-for-profit industries.

The fun stuff…
I'm obsessed with golf and have a strong competitive streak. Currently, I am the president of the Ladies Golf Association of my country club and on the board of directors for the South Carolina Women's Golf Association. Off the green, my heart belongs to the animals; those that share their lives with my husband & I and every other furry creature out there. I have discovered pickleball and I love to travel more than anything else in the world. I can’t wait to learn about the things that make you smile every day!
