FAQ
Describe your coaching style.

I partner with each client to focus on their goals and challenges. Getting to the heart of what is holding the leader back from getting to the next level, either professionally or in their personal life. Every leader has great potential, but they often are lost in the "stories" they are telling themselves ("I am not qualified enough," "I can't handle the pressure", etc.). I love breaking through the stories and having the light bulb moment with each leader when they start to see their blind spots and work through them.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal clients are leaders of any kind. New or emerging leaders have big goals and uncertainty and are fun to work with to build confidence. Senior leaders often have imposter syndrome or are struggling with personal/work balance that brings a different set of coaching work that is interesting and rewarding to work with!

How do you measure success with a client?

When a client is able to move past their internal walls and take that next step, I know that they are on their way. Success doesn't always equate to whether they have reached their exact goal - to me, success is when they realize they have the potential to move ahead (make that decision, take that risk, etc.). Having a client that believes in themselves, and has the confidence to forge ahead is what success is for me as a coach.

What is your coaching superpower?

My superpower is getting people to see the stories they are telling themselves. Almost every client has some kind of running narrative in their head of why they aren't qualified, liked, or capable. Peeling that back with them and getting them to that ah-ha moment that THEY are the ones writing that story and THEY have the control to write a new/different one is my superpower.
