Prior to that, he served as a Marine Corps officer, helicopter pilot, and leader of agile software teams. Jimmy is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, a master’s in organizational development, and a Ph.D. in adult developmental psychology.
