More recently, as a certified coach, Julie has worked extensively with individual executives and executive teams to advance business objectives, clarify executive roles and develop Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies. She has experience working with leaders in various fields and corporate functions, such as operations, sales, marketing, finance, merchandising, product design, inventory control, and IT. She has supported major company transitions to new operating models and embraces the change management and organization design needs of individuals and businesses.
