Prior to devoting her work full-time to coaching, Kari worked in the electric utility industry for over a decade, designing reliable systems to energize people's lives. From engineering to business process improvement to leadership, she prides herself on her ability to initiate high-impact change by uncovering the root problem and achieving results by maximizing talent and resources to create and implement custom, streamlined solutions. Her expertise is in standing up high-performing teams and high-performing systems. From creating new business units to transforming existing business units, Kari has managed programs up to $250M by creating or improving processes, establishing departmental frameworks, and documenting clear expectations, goals, and metrics.
