Katya’s mission is to make the world of work (and life) more joyful, meaningful, and human. She does so by marrying the science of leadership development with the heart of personal growth.
She is an organizational development expert, ICF-certified holistic executive coach, keynote and TEDx speaker, and award-winning author.

She’s worked with leaders at Google, Netflix, Instacart, e.l.f., JobAdder, and more, spanning almost every industry.
Katya is also the founder of Effervescent You, where she guides ambitious leaders, high-growth teams, and purpose-driven organizations to distill direction from distraction, strengthen their decision-making and self-trust, and build resilient teams in three ways. Katya:

Background
She holds an M.S. in organizational development and knowledge management and an ACC coaching credential from the International Coaching Federation. Her background is in running and scaling L&D programs, people operations and building employee experience initiatives, consulting, and human-centered design.
Katya also wrote a book on wonder in the ordinary and gave a TEDx talk on treasure hunting.
Approach
Her approach infuses play, practical application, and sustained behavioral and mindset change, bridging the gap between insight and action. Her ideal day entails sunshine, movement (usually handstands or dancing), and making at least one person smile.
