My Iideal client would be someone looking to grow, and progress in their career to be promoted to a senior level or executive role

How do you measure success with a client?

I measure the client’s progress against benchmarks and goals that are created early on in the engagement. Typically ask clients to observe their interactions and routinely determine where adjustments need to be made

My coaching superpower is specifically showing clients how leveraging strengths creates positive growth and naturally minimizes weaknesses
