FAQ
Describe the process you use to help clients move forward with their lives.

I appreciate clients reflecting on patterns in their lives that support or hinder them from moving forward. Once they recognize and honor the whole system, I support them in what is working. I coach them to find resolve in letting go of patterns that are no longer serving them.

Describe your coaching style.

My coaching style is thoughtful and insightful while supporting and questioning my clients to explore their norms and patterns while working towards solutions.

Describe your experience working with experienced managers

When working with experienced managers, I like having them reflect on patterns that are serving them and their teams well and patterns hindering progress in themselves, the team, and the organization. I appreciate helping them pause and reflect to guide future decisions and keep them engaged and inspired in their life-long learning capacities.

Describe your experience working with individual contributors or others, not in people manager roles.

A client that most comes to mind had worked for over four decades in a family-owned business. He worked as hard as any family member and was deeply respected by the family and the organization’s clients. A phrase that I share with many of my clients is the idea of being heard, seen, and loved/valued. He didn’t need my support to feel valued, yet I know it was appreciated.
