Meghan has over 15 years of experience in talent development doing everything from developing transparent career path frameworks, designing and building equitable standardized performance review programs, new manager training programs and coaching all levels of employees up to C-Suite on everything from performance, compensation, career transition, giving and receiving feedback and emotional intelligence. Above all, Meghan values transparent communication and believes it is foundational for managers to lead high performing teams and individuals to be confident in their career.

In her many years of being part of the HR team, she has witnessed a lack of feedback and communication as being a leading reason for people not progressing in their careers and managers failing to retain or grow talent on their teams. She is highly skilled at coaching new managers on performance conversations, all levels of employees on overcoming the fear and anxiety around difficult conversations, and how to receive feedback with curiosity and gratitude for growth.
