Notable Client Achievements

• Coached multiple front-line salespeople at Charles Schwab as their careers progressed from individual contributor to manager/director and VP roles. Proudest of my former direct report "Beth" (not her real name) as she developed from a branch cashier to being the firm's leading voice for DEI, and now manages a team of more than 20.

• Coached and mentored multiple individual contributors and managers at Zoom, through late-stage private company status into IPO and beyond. "Marquesa" is now a third-level Senior Segment Leader overseeing 120 employees and eleven managers.

• Coached a British entrepreneur with an international exporting business on expansion into Asian markets, ending up the engagement with a specific plan to enter APAC, clear objectives and timeline. Many of the coaching sessions were via Zoom while he was in Mongolia's capital of Ulaanbaatar.

• Coached the CEO of a Fortune 500 company on presentation skills prior to an off-site where he had to deliver bad news about earnings and layoffs.
