Mollie is an experienced executive coach, seasoned facilitator, and organizational consultant with deep expertise in helping clients develop emotional fluency, authentic and flexible leadership styles, and practical management skills. Her specialty is working with executive leaders, startup leaders, and managers across industries in high-growth sectors. Her coaching approach is bespoke to each client but includes a combination of inquiry (asking powerful questions) and guidance (sharing practical tools, skills, and examples).
She has led talent development, organizational development, and learning & development for organizations of all sizes. She’s the co-author of the Wall Street Journal bestsellers No Hard Feelings: The Secret Power of Embracing Emotions at Work and Big Feelings: How To Be Okay When Things Are Not Okay. She writes for Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, and Quartz, is regularly interviewed by The New York Times, and has an audio + video series on emotions at work with Headspace.
