With a background spanning HR, talent development, strategy, and leadership coaching, he brings deep expertise in guiding high-achievers through pivotal career moments - whether stepping into executive roles, refining leadership instincts, or driving team performance. His corporate experience includes leadership roles at startups and major companies such as Nova Credit (VC-backed fintech), American Express, Hilton, William Morris Endeavor (WME), and Westfield. As Head of People at Nova Credit, he led HR strategy for a distributed workforce, partnering with executives to shape performance cycles, compensation structures, leadership development initiatives, and employee relations. At Westfield and WME, he built and managed talent development programs, launching Westfield’s US International Graduate Program (IGP) and overseeing career progression for WME’s Assistant-to-Agent pipeline.
