Paul started his career in a support position at Ceridian and progressed through numerous sales and support leadership opportunities to serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Care, leading an organization of over 400 employees. Paul’s success was acknowledged through the winning of a Stevie Award, and his story was referenced in How Did That Happen, a best-selling leadership book about personal accountability.
After leaving Ceridian, Paul pursued his passion to work and develop high-performing team members through coaching and mentoring. Paul has worked in Fortune 100 companies (HP) and rapidly growing startups such as Lattice. Paul knows what it takes to be successful and manage your own career.
Paul pursued and obtained a coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation to help others realize their potential.
