'Great Energy!' is how clients describe Rob. His career spans 3 decades and industry segments ranging from construction to retail, from transportation to telecom and in union and non-union environments from California to New Jersey. His work put him in front of the Federal Government (GSA), State Departments of Transportation (PennDOT, ODOT), large corporations (CNF), midsize players (Aires, NEMF), and small firms (Tele-Solutions). Participating in 5 start-ups, he knows what works from the ground up.

Rob's sweet spot is untangling seemingly intractable leadership issues, beginning with strategy development and cascading leadership's vision throughout the organization. Beyond that, helping a new manager find their rhythm, restoring a 'troubled' executive to prominence, building capacity into emerging leadership, and supercharging team performance are all in a day's work.
