My most recent role as Director of Talent Management at Aspiration saw me build and lead a Talent Acquisition team to facilitate expansive growth, hiring 250 employees in one year. I developed recruiting best practices and processes, which led to an average of 30 interviews per week, 20 hires per month, and a 30-day time to fill with a team of six recruiters. Additionally, I designed and implemented a new performance management methodology, spearheaded a manager training program, and led the development of transformational new hire onboarding and “Sustainability 101” training programs. As Manager of Talent Management at Infarm, I was responsible for building a US HR function, hiring, and training a team of five recruiters as the company scaled operations. I designed, built, and rolled out an onsite training program for warehouse workers, enhancing internal culture through the development of employee listening groups and employee-centered sub-groups.
During my time as Senior Manager of Organizational Development at TrueCar, Inc., I built an inaugural organizational development function, developing a team of four to own, build, and improve company-wide communications, employee experience & learning, and development programs.
