I'm passionate about helping leaders elevate their leadership impact, directly correlating to improved engagement, creativity and innovation for them and their teams.

I help leaders unlock their inner genius by first creating a rich definition of what success looks like, then understanding what might be standing in their way of success, moving into strategizing what possibilities exist to close those gaps, and finally creating action plans with the coachee to take the first steps to get there. I use neuroscience principles to help shift old habits and belief patterns into new habits and belief patterns that create success. This model can apply to any area the leader is looking to develop, whether it be influence skills, executive presence, emotional intelligence, relationship building, strategic thinking and planning, team building/elevating team effectiveness, etc.

Describe your coaching style.

I utilize an active inquiry, active listening, deeply curious, and open communication coaching style. At times (especially if the coachee is "stuck"), I might offer tools/models/content as fuel for further exploration/coaching as to how those might apply to that leader's situation. Occasionally, I might share observations and "noticing" during the context of coaching if what I'm observing could also potentially be present as a "block" to achieving success in the situation the coachee is describing. I champion the success of my coachees at all times.

How do you measure success with a client?

Action and results. If the client is motivated to action and completes the actions, they will achieve results. This manifests in promotions, higher engagement scores, higher retention, higher team performance, to name a few metrics and indicators of success.

What is your coaching superpower?

Connecting with my clients because they can feel that I care personally about their success. This connection achieves results because it builds trust, creating the space for vulnerability which opens the door to the start of the change process.

Who is your ideal client and why?

Coachees who are coachable and have a leadership vision they are trying to achieve. This is important because they are the only two ingredients needed for coaching success. If one of these two are missing, coaching will not succeed.
