Bio

After years of meaningful and gratifying experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry as an actuary and executive leader, I have a strong passion for spending my time volunteering and giving back to the STEM community through coaching, mentoring, and consulting.

For me, leadership was something I developed over time, and I am continuously learning. I enjoy collaborating with clients to understand the situations they face and helping them create action plans to develop new behaviors and skills, all while maintaining personal authenticity and building genuine relationships. My goal is to help others enhance their emotional intelligence skills, become creative problem solvers, and build self-confidence.

I am a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ACC), have an Executive MBA, and continue to maintain my FSA designation with the Society of Actuaries (SOA). I have held several executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Executive Vice President (EVP) of Process Improvement. I have led major operational and systems transformations and have additional experience in sales, marketing, and product development. I continue to volunteer with the SOA, currently serving on the Societal Purpose Committee and assisting with on-line exam curriculum related to leadership competencies.
