FAQ

Describe your coaching style.

As a coach, my style is collaborative, facilitative, and supportive. I work with my clients to identify desired goals and outcomes, provide tangible strategies for success, and supportive direction and encouragement to overcome struggles.

Who is your ideal client and why?

I work best with clients who are open, flexible, receptive to feedback, and willing to implement suggestions. My experience has been when these traits are absent, the coach works harder than the client to facilitate change. As a coach, I am here to coach, not convince, clients that they need to change. I also specialize in working with BIPOC women leaders.

How do you measure success with a client?

Small steps towards change is one important way that I measure success. Change does not happen overnight and sometimes the first step or the small step can be the hardest to make. So, I acknowledge and celebrate the small steps/wins with my clients along their journey to the "big" wins (i.e., goals).

What is your coaching superpower?

I would say authenticity. Not only do I try to live and model what I teach, but I strive to give permission (if they need it) for others to do the same.
