In addition to her experience in developing leaders and organizations, she is a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC) and International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed coach, holds an MSc degree in the Learning and Organization Development field from Texas A&M University, is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and PROSCI Change Management, a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Program, and certified to administer and facilitate Leadership Circle Profile, Emotional Intelligence EQ 2.0, Hogan Assessments, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
