Full Bio

In her past as an HR Executive, Tiffany led her organization to operational excellence in recruiting & selection, total rewards administration, employee relations, and performance management. She has cultivated cultures of high engagement, accountability, and integrity at all levels of the organization. Tiffany understands the impact of changing business cycles and has seen her former organizations through significant growth cycles, as well as corporate restructuring.

Today, Tiffany helps clients navigate career transitions and change, and most enjoys partnering with a client to find clarity and connection in their work. Tiffany trained with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and blends her HR knowledge of recruiting practices with her coaching skills and intuition to move her clients forward. She considers it a gift to help a client tap into new thoughts, feelings, and actions, and her natural curiosity allows for conscious conversations which lead to successful transitions.

Notable Client Achievements

  • Improved confidence and self-awareness: Clients report improved confidence as well as greater awareness of assumptions, interpretations, and limiting beliefs that may be holding them back.

  • Benefits beyond career: Several clients report that while their intentions for engaging in coaching originally involved a career, the benefits to other aspects of their life were equally impactful (relationships, mental health, fun, and connection).

  • Professional development: Supported hundreds of employees in developing meaningful professional development plans, leaning into self-assessment practices and coaching conversations in performance management. These employees were better prepared, leading to promotions and greater opportunities for salary growth and accelerated learning on the job.

  • High employee retention: During her corporate tenure, 95% of new hires remained with the organization after 12 months, and annual turnover was very consistently below 8%. Tiffany credits the hiring and selection process for that achievement.

Q&A

Describe your coaching style.

Intuition, empathy, and non-judgment define my coaching approach, along with empowering the client to take meaningful steps in the direction of their goals. The coaching methodology is based on the belief that the client holds the answers. My job is to help uncover what may be holding a client back, to help them see a pathway to success, and to gain clarity around intentions. Finally, we partner to formulate the specific steps in achieving the goal. We show up present and accountable to each other.

Who is your ideal client and why?

I work with clients at all stages of their careers. My clients may fit any of the following situations:

• You are mid-career and in a process of re-evaluating your occupation or profession.

• You are looking to get ahead in your current organization or career path.

• You are preparing for a job interview and want to present your qualifications for the job in the strongest manner possible.

• Your resume looks great, but you feel uninspired by the work, or feel stuck.

• You have been interviewing without success in landing a job, and are looking for direction or accountability.

• The field you studied or formally trained is no longer where you feel connected.

• You are burnt out, deciding whether to recharge or retreat.

• You just want to open a dialogue about what else may be out there for you.

How do you measure success with a client?

Every session begins with a coaching agreement; this sets the tone for how we will measure success during the time we spend together. During the session, I check in frequently to ensure our conversations are moving in the direction we established. Sometimes success is a lighter feeling or a sense of peace with the situation, while other times it is having a very specific set of action steps identified.

We also set longer-term goals which we calibrate at different times during the engagement. While I don't guarantee a client a particular outcome, I am a partner in setting accountability and aim to move the client forward with their own awareness.

What is your coaching superpower?

My coaching superpower is my intuition, the ability to hear beyond the words, to pick up on the feelings and the body language, and to coach the energy of the person vs. the details of the situation.
