Who is your ideal client and why?

A client who takes ownership of her/his circumstances and understands that at the end of the day, all achievements, whether internal or external, are a result of her/his efforts. Clients who are open-minded, willing to step outside of their comfort zone, take action, and trust the process are people I really enjoy supporting!

How do you measure success with a client?

Your success is defined by you, the client, at the start of our work together. Guided by me as your coach, we’ll ensure you have clarity on what you want to achieve through our work together, and an assessment of the gap between where you currently are and want to go. With that understanding, you’ll know what is required of you to create the success you want, with an awareness of potential obstacles and success checkpoints along the way to your goals.

What is your coaching superpower?

My coaching superpower is authentic listening. I’m not only listening to what you are saying but hearing what you mean beyond your direct words. Simultaneously, I’m connecting the dots on the bigger picture and nuances of your experience, your challenges, and your goals to help you create the powerful internal shifts and insights that help you move forward faster, easier, and with a lot more enjoyment.
