I focus more on clarity and mindset shifts, with minor adjustments to behavior. I spend a lot of focus on drawing connections and identifying patterns.
I structure sessions fluidly around three essential agenda items. Point A - where is the client at Point B - where would they like to be Barriers: what are the items need to be cleared out.
I use that arc across the duration of sessions and within each one.
Clients who are curious, cerebral, and focused on their personal growth and development.
The level of clarity both they and I have around what they are looking to accomplish.
I can hear the things that aren’t being said.
