Kirsten brings a unique blend of experience gained in business development, account management, talent acquisition, recruitment, leadership development and talent management.

Kirsten knows what makes individuals stand out and succeed throughout the recruiting and hiring process. She’s worked on both sides of the hiring process, from advising hiring managers and organizations on acquiring talent, to managing leadership development programs (from early career to senior-level professionals) and coaching individuals to help them accelerate within their career at an enterprise-level financial services organization. She’s also coached and trained MBA students and seasoned professionals on how to capitalize on their strengths, determine their career direction and create effective job search strategies.
