My coaching style is a goal and result-oriented approach. We take what you want to achieve and break them down into steps and together we cultivate strategies to get there. I’m direct and help you get where you want to go based on measurable results.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is a professional that has been working for at least 3-5 years and transitioning into a new position, ideally a retail manager or another professional into software engineering after taking a Bootcamp.

How do you measure success with a client?

Success is when the client has achieved the goal they set out at the beginning of our sessions together.

What is your coaching superpower?

My coaching superpower is listening and providing a space for clients to be heard in addition to getting them results with a direct approach.
