Overview

To inspire widespread change in an organization, industry, or across the globe, it takes more than a single talk or Op/Ed piece. This workshop gives leaders the framework for effective thought leadership and a plan for execution through compelling communication.

As a published author and TED speaker, JD shares his extensive knowledge for building thought leadership via structured frameworks for participants to follow.

During this workshop, participants will gain clarity about their area of expertise and the audience they want to impact. With this foundation, they will be guided to take inventory of what they've created and learn to leverage it effectively. JD emphasizes on how to amplify voice and message, ensuring that it resonates with the right people and creates the desired impact.

An essential part of the workshop involves exploring the various channels available to disseminate thought leadership. This could range from social media to influential platforms like TED Talks and leadership conferences. JD will guide participants to identify the best channels that align with their audience and message.

Finally, participants will learn to identify allies and partners who can support their journey in thought leadership. This would include understanding how to form strategic alliances and partnerships, which could further amplify their reach and influence.
