In this workshop, you’ll learn how to view feedback as a gift. You’ll learn how to use the 2 x 2 model as a simple yet powerful feedback tool. You’ll also learn how to use the SBI feedback model. We will also cover various feedback mechanisms and when to use each, common feedback scenarios, and the value of gathering feedback. You’ll also learn some strategies for getting over reluctance to give or get feedback. You’ll apply what you learned to real-world scenarios.
