Situational Leadership & Neuroscience-Informed Management

This workshop will give participants a crash course in the principles of situational leadership from a brain-based approach. Using the 4-square model, participants will learn to tailor their leadership approach to meet the needs of individual team members, optimizing outcomes for any task. The SCARF model provides additional tools to ensure leaders understand how to construct an approach that prioritizes reward rather than threat, fostering an environment that boosts productivity, team morale, and retention.
