Overview

In this immersive workshop, participants will learn to build stronger relationships and make a bigger impact by mastering the art of influence.

The workshop will cover how to build rapport, an essential skill in developing genuine relationships both in and outside the workplace. Participants will learn to read between the lines, honing verbal and nonverbal communication skills.

Marguerite also guides you through the pillars of influence, including likeability, reciprocity, credibility, composure, and commitment. Through interactive exercises, participants will gain insight into their own "hot buttons" during communication and learn how to reframe thoughts and actions to become more influential.
