I'm a writer, speaker, equity consultant, leadership coach, and public policy and communications specialist who's spent 15 years building partnerships between corporations, nonprofits, and governments, and telling the stories of the impact of that work.

Overview

Unconscious Bias at Work will help you understand the reasons why all people are predisposed to unconscious bias, how to identify those biases within ourselves and others, and how to use that knowledge to more effectively navigate them in our work with colleagues.

Led by Malcom Glenn, this interactive workshop will help participants learn about the origins of bias in prehistoric humans, understand that not all bias is bad, and internalize skills that will help leaders identify bias when it appears, mitigate it, and begin to make equity and inclusion core to the culture of everything that happens at work.
