Amy Soto is an experienced executive coach, organizational development practitioner, and leadership development designer and facilitator with over 25 years of experience partnering with senior leaders and teams across for-profit and non-profit sectors. Her depth of experience includes assessment for development, leadership development design & delivery, executive coaching, team interventions, conflict resolution, performance management, executive retreat design & delivery, and organizational change initiatives. Her leadership experience includes directly leading teams for 10 years in two different organizations, where she received formal recognition in both as a highly effective leader. Most recently, she was a product manager for open enrollment leadership programs, including the organization’s C-suite flagship program, in a global executive development organization, where clients ranged from regional companies to Fortune 100 organizations.
