FAQ
Describe your coaching style.

My coaching style is reflective. I practice listening and then reflecting back on what I heard. This approach helps my clients to become more self-aware.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is someone who wants to make a change and prepare to be honest with themselves and do the work to make behavior changes that will lead to the outcomes they want.

How do you measure success with a client?

I encourage the client to measure their success. We start the sessions by identifying what the client wants to achieve, and we take regular checkpoints throughout our sessions to ensure that we are still on the path to achieving their goals. There may be opportunities to reevaluate or adjust plans based on what the client learns as we move along.

What is your coaching superpower?

My coaching superpower is to bring calmness and create a non-judgmental environment for the client to feel free to think creatively about what is possible.
