Kate Roeske-Zummer

Kate has 20+ years of experience coaching people in a myriad of fields and knows that the more authentic you are, the better connections and results you create. Understanding that productivity is about people, Kate helps leaders and folks at organizations navigate the messy parts of being human, and working together often causes roadblocks at work. Instead of continually focusing on what an outcome should look like, she wants people to learn how to shift bad behavior that affects productivity.

Kate worked as a VP Strategic Planner at Ogilvy & Mather where she recognized the power of distributing responsibility to the people on her team. She experienced firsthand that the whole of a team is greater than the sum of its parts. She left her advertising career in 2001 to become a certified coach back when folks only associated the term "coach" with sports! Hundreds of clients later, Kate remains steadfast in her calling to support people on their journey to be the humans and leaders they want to be.

She is now a master coach and has even devoted 8 years to training other coaches at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). She has brought her skills to organizations, such as Mozilla, Pinterest, Adobe, DaVita, United Way of America, Ogilvy & Mather, TSA, Intuit, Clever, Charge, Articulate, and Advantage Solutions.
