Overview

In this customizable four-workshop series, leaders will learn the principles of coaching and mentorship so they can better support the growth of their direct reports and others within their organization.

During this training, participants will learn how to actively listen, distinguish between giving feedback and advice, and how to genuinely connect with their mentees. Sessions will be fun and interactive featuring break-out rooms, role-playing, and group discussions.

As a seasoned leader with 30 years of experience in the Apparel industry, Jolynn has initiated and led trainings on a variety of topics including, giving/receiving feedback, active listening, presentation skills, coaching, and self-awareness.

As the Senior Director of Material Innovation, Jolynn stood up a peer/mentor support group at Nike called Women of Innovation which had a membership of over 200 employees.
